What is ‘CEO for One Month’
Our ‘CEO for One Month’ programme offers a one-month, internship-of-a-lifetime opportunity for a talented individual, to experience life as a business leader. The UK & Ireland ‘CEO for One month’ will work closely with the Adecco Group UK and Ireland’s board of directors to shape the direction of future strategies and support the day-to-day running of the company.
Plus, the ‘CEO for One Month’ programme runs in more than 40 countries. A shortlist of 10 worthy winners from across the globe will get the opportunity to become the global ‘CEO for One Month’ working under the direct supervision of the CEO of the Adecco Group, Alain Dehaze.
The Application Process
Through a series of online assessments and video interviews, our panel of experts shortlist 10 applicants to take part in a one day assessment. Applicants are asked to present an idea both individually and as a group, before a formal interview with members of the board. Due to COVID-19, this year will be a virtual assessment day. Applications are now closed for this year’s programme.
