Overcoming staffing shortages in times of crisis
The global coronavirus pandemic is posing major staffing challenges to many companies.
We are committed to supporting you and your organisation. Here you will find an overview of workforce solutions and approaches to help you during this time.
With the current uncertainty around COVID-19, we would like to reassure you that we are committed to the safety and wellbeing of our clients, candidates and employees across all of our brands at the Adecco Group UK and Ireland.
We know that you may have recruiting needs so we want to reassure you that we are still fully operational as a business. We are also conscious that the recruitment process for many cannot stop during this time, so our business is still available to fulfil and manage your permanent and temporary staffing requirements, as well as to advise and support with HR and digital solutions.
Our consultants are in constant contact with candidates and can arrange both telephone and video interviews where necessary. We are fully equipped with the technology to support you in any given scenario.
Following the Government’s advice yesterday, some of our colleagues are now working from home and, after stress testing our systems, we are confident it will not impact us in continuing to deliver an excellent service. Our offices are open and we are operating with reduced staff. The remainder of the teams are working from home supporting office colleagues to ensure a seamless service.
Our priority is to support you during this challenging and uncertain time, so please keep in touch.
